Our Mission

Doing Exceptional Deeds (D.A.D.) is a community-based youth development organization focused on life skills, mentorship, and personal growth for students in grades 6–12. Our programs are designed to support character development, decision-making, leadership, and real-world readiness.

What We Do:

  • Provide mentorship and life skills development
  • Teach accountability, discipline, and professionalism
  • Offer structured workshops on leadership, communication, and financial literacy
  • Create positive intergenerational engagement opportunities (youth + seniors)
  • Provide a safe, community-based environment for growth and support
  • Encourage academic focus and responsible decision-making

All activities are educational and developmental in nature. While many participants are student-athletes, D.A.D. does not operate as a sports team, training organization, or recruiting service.
