Pilot Phase | Early Access
Voices of Our Industry is an education-first initiative of Doing Exceptional Deeds (D.A.D.), created to give youth and young adults direct access to real-world insight from leaders across sports, media, business, trades, and community service.
This pilot program features short 1–3 minute videos designed to help students navigate mindset, decision-making, accountability, and life direction during critical developmental years.

What This Program Provides
Real-world insight from professionals and leaders
• Short, relatable 1–3 minute educational videos
• Mindset, accountability, and decision-making guidance
• Exposure to diverse career paths and life journeys
• Encouragement and perspective for youth and young adults
What it Does Not Provide
• Clinical therapy, medical treatment, or mental health services
• Crisis intervention or emergency response
• Diagnosis, counseling, or treatment of mental health conditions
• Guaranteed outcomes or behavioral promises
• Legal, financial, or professional advice
• Religious instruction or religious programming
Video Submission Guidelines

​• Videos should be 1–3 minutes in length
• Please introduce yourself and briefly share your background or industry
• Speak directly to youth or young adults with insight, encouragement, or perspective
• Upload one video per submission
• By submitting a video, you acknowledge that Doing Exceptional Deeds (D.A.D.) may contact you to complete a consent and release form prior to any public or educational use
