Educational & Community-Based Youth Development Program
Doing Exceptional Deeds (D.A.D.) operates as an independent, community-based nonprofit organization. We respect and adhere to the policies and principles established by local school districts, state education guidelines, and the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF).
Our programs are intentionally structured to avoid any conflict with school-based athletics, eligibility rules, or recruitment regulations. D.A.D. does not serve as an extension of any school, athletic program, or governing body.
D.A.D. programs are structured to avoid any conflict with CIF eligibility rules, recruitment regulations, or amateurism standards.
We respect and operate within the guidelines of local school districts. D.A.D. does not serve as an extension of any school or district athletic program.
All programming aligns with California state education principles for community-based youth development organizations.
D.A.D. welcomes direct communication with school administrators, district officials, and CIF representatives. We are happy to provide documentation of our programs, conduct policies, and compliance posture to support any review process.
Our goal is to be a trusted community partner — not a compliance risk. We proactively structure our programs to ensure schools can confidently allow their students to participate.
