Educational & Community-Based Youth Development Program

Doing Exceptional Deeds (D.A.D.) is a community-based youth development organization focused on life skills, mentorship, and personal growth for students in grades 6–12. Transparency about our scope is central to how we operate.

What We Do

  • Provide mentorship and life skills development
  • Teach accountability, discipline, and professionalism
  • Offer structured workshops on leadership, communication, and financial literacy
  • Create positive intergenerational engagement opportunities (youth + seniors)
  • Provide a safe, community-based environment for growth and support
  • Encourage academic focus and responsible decision-making

All activities are educational and developmental in nature.

What We Do NOT Do

D.A.D. maintains strict compliance boundaries. Participation in D.A.D. has no connection to school team selection, playing time, or eligibility status.

  • We do NOT recruit athletes for any school or program
  • We do NOT influence school enrollment, transfers, or athletic placement
  • We do NOT communicate with schools on behalf of student-athletes regarding eligibility
  • We do NOT act as agents, representatives, or NIL brokers
  • We do NOT provide sports-specific coaching tied to school competition
  • We do NOT offer therapy, counseling, or medical services
  • We do NOT guarantee exposure, scholarships, or athletic outcomes

Participation is voluntary and independent of school-related activities. All programming complies with district guidelines and California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) standards.
